The beginning of 2022 marks the launch of a customer survey initiated by the Destination Pays d’Uzès Pont du Gard Tourist Office

The aim of this survey is to gain a better understanding of the profile and motivations of tourist customers and, as a result, to establish an efficient destination marketing strategy.

The study will be carried out over the whole year in order to understand the variations in clientele and to identify the potential for tourism development in the later seasons.

A quadrilingual questionnaire

The questionnaires in French, English, German and Dutch can be found online via a fully responsive mini website dedicated to the survey www.enquete22.com. They are also available in paper format in the tourist information offices of the destination (Uzès and Remoulins) or at the tourist service providers who are partners in the operation, as well as for download :

At the end of the customer survey, a draw will be held among the respondents. To be won: 3 stays (Zen box, romantic box, family getaway box) with a total value of €1000.
