This vineyard on the edge of the garrigue has been producing organic wines since 2009. Our wines are produced thanks to a fantastic partnership between mankind and nature. The whole team at the winegrowing estate will be delighted to welcome you to the cellar for a tasting session.

Domaine Deleuze-Rochetin is located at the entrance of the village of Arpaillargues, opposite the 1900 Museum.
All the vineyards of the Domaine Deleuze-Rochetin (23 hectares) are in organic farming.

On these generous lands located in the heart of the Uzège, the history of the vineyard is as old as that of the Roman province.
After having belonged to several families from the Middle Ages to the beginning of the 19th century, the estate came into the hands of the Deleuzes in 1820. Today, their descendants run this vineyard, ideally situated 3 km from Uzès.

Respectful of the terroirs of our beautiful region of Uzès, we chose to convert to organic farming in 2008. It is an immense pleasure to work the land and the vines with all the care that both of them inspire. Baptiste Cartier, the estate's winemaker, makes very fine wines in the cellar that resemble him. What's more, they are singular, as close as possible to the typical characteristics of our sunny terroir.

On the hillsides and on the Grand Serre d'Aureilhac, the grape varieties used on the estate allow us to produce wines with a strong personality. The Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Grenache Blanc and Viognier grapes wait for the harvest each year to give their best.

In the cellar, after a tasting with Mathea Koch, the visitor will have discovered the Duché d'Uzès AOP, Sarrazine, Babel and Harmattan. Then come Elzéar, Arpillus juste doux; Alegria méthode traditionnelle; Saba, Sorcier, Bohème, all three of which have a nice vivacity.

Then, to discover the estate and its environment, two routes of cultivated land, fauna, flora, mazets, capitelles, have been set up. Beautiful walks in perspective.
