It’s easy to activate your UP Box:

• I enter the number of my box(es) in the form below
• I complete the form with my personal details
  This information will enable us to contact you before the end of the validity period of your gift box and to offer you our promotional offers.
• I will receive an e-mail within 2 days with the list of partners and their contact details, so that I can book my service.

Terms and conditions of use

• Gift sets expire 18 months after purchase.
• The photos and information in this box are non-contractual.
• Reservation with the chosen partner is compulsory and we advise you to book as soon as possible.
• When booking, you must mention that you are an Up Box holder and specify the number of the Up Box for verification purposes (number written on the back of the gift voucher or e-ticket).
• All services offered in the Up Box are subject to availability. The Destination pays d’Uzès Pont du Gard tourist office cannot be held responsible in the event of unavailability on the chosen date.
• In the event of loss or destruction of the Up Box card, the Destination pays d’Uzès Pont du Gard tourist office will not be able to reimburse the purchaser or beneficiary under any circumstances.
• Some activities are only accessible under certain physical, weather or other conditions. It is advisable to check with the partner when booking. The partners reserve the right to refuse the requested service or to postpone the booking if the required conditions are not met.
• Booking and cancellation conditions are those of the chosen partner. No cancellations or postponements will be accepted without the direct agreement of the partner.
