Treat yourself to a moment of wellness and relaxation during your stay!
Come and experience the benefits of sophrology during a discovery session alone, or with others, and dare to have an exceptional relaxation through an aquatic voyage with the Janzu®.

Sophrology was conceived by Alfonso Caycedo, a neuropsychiatrist, and is inspired by a combination of Western therapeutic techniques and Eastern personal development practices while remaining adapted to our culture and society.
It is intended to promote well-being in daily life, to develop the link between body and mind. It allows, among other things, to improve stress management, reduce anxiety, participate in a better sleep, increase performance.
Sophrology is a non-tactile method that integrates: controlled breathing, relaxation, gentle and adapted movements, positive visualization.

Janzu is a practice from Mexico, initially practiced by shamans and healers.Introduced in France by the OJANZU school, the practice was adapted and then taught. From now on, the practice of Janzu finds its place in a professional setting, as a well-being treatment.Janzu® allows for deep relaxation, helps to let go and offers a feeling of a great journey through the medium of water. It also provides a very pleasant time of floating.

Sometimes combined, these two practices become aquasophro, which allows you to refocus on yourself and enjoy an extraordinary moment of relaxation.
