Syndicat des Vignerons du Duché d’Uzès

The appellation of the Duché d'Uzès wines covers 77 towns in the Gard, extending from the edge of Rhône Valley to the Cévennes mountains. Aromatic red wines, fruity rosé wines, sophisticated white wines... the AOP Duché d'Uzès wines reveal the unique quality of our land.

Our syndicate is responsible for ensuring compliance with the Duché d'Uzès Appellation specifications, and for promoting Duché d'Uzès wines.

3 major events are organized each year:

- The winegrowers' evening, which opens the Uzès truffle weekend. More than 20 winemakers offer tastings of their wines around truffle canapés.

- Le Vin Côté Cours, on Ascension Thursday. During this gastronomic stroll, each year we introduce a village in the Appellation. In 2024, Aigremont will host the event. Michelin-starred chefs will create original recipes to sublimate the white summer truffle.
At each stop, the winemakers will be on hand to offer tastings of their meticulously selected vintages to enhance the dishes.

- La Guinguette des Vignerons, last Thursday in July. Come and celebrate AOP Duché d'Uzès wines at a festive and convivial Guinguette! A colorful evening in the heart of Uzès. On the program: foodtruck village, ephemeral cellar, gifts, dance party with DJ SET....

The Syndicat des Vignerons is also a partner of the Uzès Danse Festival, offering food and wine pairings on the opening night of the Festival.
