Located on the doorstep of Uzès, in Lussan, a village of character classified as the ‘Most Beautiful Village in France’, the Domaine des Pierres Bleues is a family hamlet surrounded by 50 hectares of hills and unspoilt oak forest. With its viewpoint-style location overlooking the surrounding garrigue, it offers an exceptional panorama of the Cévennes and the Mediterranean plain.

La Valcroze gîte is nestled in the heart of the Domaine and overlooks the Lussan valley and surrounding fields of lavender, the garrigue and small traditional hamlets. This gîte is an exceptional 175 m² stone house with a private swimming pool and spa.
It was fully restored in 2022 in keeping with the architecture, the beauty of the materials and the environment.
Carefully decorated to combine the authenticity of the old with contemporary design.
This 5-star rated gîte is semi-detached but not overlooked in the heart of the family hamlet and offers a superb 180-degree view of the Cévennes valleys and the garrigue from the large terrace with private above-ground swimming pool (heated from June to September), the dining area with plancha and its relaxation area.
On the ground floor: a 63 m² living room/kitchen, a private room with a 5-seater spa accessible in all seasons, a laundry room and an independent toilet. On the first floor, 3 bedrooms (1 large 24 m² master bedroom with 180 cm bed and private shower room (Italian shower for 2 people and toilet); 1 bedroom with 180 cm bed, 1 bedroom with two 90 cm beds which can be converted into a 180 cm bed, shower room with double washbasin, Italian shower and separate toilet).
Relaxation area and office on the mezzanine overlooking the terrace and the valley.

Enjoy the vast, natural area surrounding the house which the family estate offers with its meadows and footpaths, just a stone's throw from the magnificent Les Concluses, which you can reach on foot.
Private parking.
Cleaning during and at the end of the stay included, together with household linen, towels, pool towels and bathrobes for the spa.
Pets allowed under certain conditions (please contact us before booking).

Option available to book the two gîtes La Valcroze and La Source (accommodation for 10 people) for your stays with family or friends, or for events (accessibility /communication via the outside in the hamlet) - The two gîtes are adjoined by a unconnected wall in the same building complex but are totally independent in their configuration, not overlooked, with different orientations and entirely private spaces (entrance, car park, terrace, garden, swimming pool, interior spaces, etc.)
The three gîtes in the Domaine des Pierres Bleues can be rented privately to accommodate up to 16 people.
