The summer menu offers a wide variety of regional platters, fresh salads,
Carpaccio and tartare from the butcher as well as a selection of hot à la carte dishes, our selection of fresh pasta from the wheel and our famous homemade desserts, the reputation of our seasonal stuffings and the famous foie gras. All our dishes are prepared at home and our products are purchased locally.
