Gastronomic restaurant in the heart of a building steeped in history. The Chef, Julien Martin and his team, have settled in this prestigious place which has regained its lustre to concoct a refined cuisine based on local products.

Chef Julien Martin and his team Julie Dupré, maître d'hôtel, and Ruben Darai, second de cuisine, have settled into this prestigious venue, which has retained its charms and regained its lustre, to concoct a refined cuisine based on local produce, tinged with the colors and flavors of southern cooking.

The Chef, who has forged his experience in several Michelin-starred establishments, will deliver refined, tasty dishes to be enjoyed accompanied by fine wines selected by the maître d'hôtel-sommelier.

The bistronomic version at lunchtime will give way to a gastronomic table of three discovery menus from five to eight courses in the evening.

A peaceful setting for a rejuvenating experience.

The restaurant room reveals a warm ambience, with the authentic charm of a place steeped in history: stone vaults and walls, period fireplace, white tablecloths. A delicate atmosphere emanates from this north-south room, which opens onto a terrace overlooking the park, pine trees and hills on the horizon, thanks to large bay windows. Elegant sobriety, conducive to the pleasure of savoring the chef's refined cuisine in a peaceful setting in the heart of unspoilt nature.

Beneath the restaurant, the large wine cellar boasts many fine references. Designed by the experienced maître d'hôtel to match the chef's dishes with the best food and wine pairings, it will feature a selection from all over France, with particular emphasis on wines from the Gard region, renowned for its vineyards, as well as from the Rhône Valley and neighbouring regions - Provence, Languedoc...
